Ice Cream Sundae Bar

All packages include an hour to an hour and half of scooping by two friendly scoopers and Hansen’s cups and spoons. All toppings are self-serve in elegant bowls. The per person rate includes all people in attendance at the event. The ice cream sundae bar is an “open” bar in which guests can make unlimited trips to enjoy as many sundaes as they would like.

Package #1: $7.00 per person, minimum guarantee of 75 people, includes 3 three gallon buckets of ice cream and 4 toppings

Package #2: $6.50 per person, minimum guarantee of 150 people, includes 4 three gallon buckets of ice cream and 6 toppings

Package #3: $6.00 per person, minimum guarantee of 200 people, includes 5 three gallon buckets of ice cream and 8 toppings

Additional Charges: Extra three gallon bucket of ice cream-$50.00 each, Extra topping-$20.00 each

*All packages include a 20 mile travel radius from Burlington or Wilmot. Each additional mile is $1.50.

*A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due when the date of event is booked. Remainder of the charges are due one week prior to event.

*All holiday weekends incur an additional fee of $250.00

Popcorn Catering

We have two fun and unique packaging options for individual popcorn favors!

Red and White Box- features a 3” x 4” adorable red and white popcorn box with scalloped edges filled with your choice of popcorn in a cellophane bag tied with a ribbon. Savory and Classic flavors (Theater, Cheddar, White Salted, etc)- $2.25 each. Sweet and Mixes (Hansen’s Mix, Burlington Mix, Caramel Corn, etc)- $2.50 each

White Kraft Bag- features popcorn in a classic white Kraft bag with a clear window in the front. Savory and Classic flavors (Theater, Cheddar, White Salted, etc.)- $1.75 each. Sweet and Mixes (Hansen’s Mix, Burlington Mix, Caramel Corn, etc.)- $2.00 each

*All popcorn is good for a minimum of 30 days in our catering packaging options

*Custom flavors can be ordered but have a minimum of 100 units and may incur additional costs depending on ingredients

*Please allow a 2 week lead time to complete your order
